By booking a consultation with Phoebe Papas, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Consultations
All consultations are conducted via Zoom.
Please ensure you are available at your scheduled appointment time and have a stable internet connection.
Fees & Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking.
All consultation fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Consultations cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will not be eligible for a refund.
Nature of the Services
Consultations may include herbal remedies, homeopathic remedies, flower essences and food recommendations.
These services are intended to support your wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment provided by a registered medical practitioner.
Individual Responsibility
Recommendations are based on the information you provide during your consultation. You are responsible for making informed decisions about your own health and for seeking appropriate medical care when required.
International Clients
Consultations are available to clients in Australia and internationally via Zoom. Services are provided as holistic consultations and may include traditional herbal medicine, homeopathic remedies, flower essences, food as medicine, and lifestyle recommendations. Where required, services will be provided in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the client's location.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
